MISUMI's SLLK comes in 4 sizes, suitable for different weights. The sliding positioning lock block is mainly used for positioning and limiting the sliding parts. When the slider moves to a predetermined position, the top block of the positioning lock will clamp the slider and position it to the slider under the action of the spring. This sliding positioning lock block is a positioning lock block developed for medium and large side core-pulling slide blocks. The installation location is at the bottom of the slider.

(2) Due to the use of surface contact plugs, the unit pressure on the contact surface is reduced, which can effectively prevent damage to the side core-pulling slider.

(3) Can be used for locking heavier parts.

Note:

(1) Improve the rigidity of the inclined guide column and wedge block. (Increase diameter, shorten length)

(2) Reduce sliding resistance. (chamfering, lubrication)

(3) Select low-load slider positioning lock block.
