The friction between the mold plate and the nylon lock can be adjusted by tightening the tapered bolt. Made from specialized nylon, these components offer excellent wear and heat resistance. We offer a variety of models: the POH type is heat-resistant and suitable for molds operating at 120°C, while the PO type is the standard version recommended for molds operating below 80°C. The PLBS model features a specially developed bushing design; using this bushing eliminates the need for hole polishing or corner radius machining during installation, and the mounting bolt can be removed from the parting line side, facilitating easy maintenance.
