Application : 1.Deep Ribs & Bosses: Ideal for ejecting tall, narrow structural ribs that would otherwise stick tightly to the mold wall. 2.Thin-Walled Sections: Distributes force across weak, thin areas to prevent the pin from punching through or cracking the plastic part during ejection. 3.Component-Specific Ejection: Used when part geometry restricts the use of standard round pins (such as on angular edges or flat stepped surfaces).
